What to Expect in Drug Detox

You'll be assessed by a physician and a nurse. Vital signs, history, current use, medications, mental health — the full picture. This usually takes 1–2 hours.

The first 72 hours are typically the most intense. Withdrawal symptoms peak, medications are actively titrated, and sleep is often disrupted. Our clinical team is with you the entire time. You should never feel alone or in crisis.

By days 4–7, most patients feel significantly better. This is when we start transitioning you into the next level of care — inpatient or outpatient.
